Once the defective or damaged product is confirmed, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product, as per your preference.

2. Incorrect Items Received: a. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. b. We may require photographic evidence of the received product and packaging for verification purposes. c. Once the incorrect product is verified, we will either issue a refund or send the correct product, based on your preference.

3. Refund Eligibility: a. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. b. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. c. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Return Process: a. Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. b. Include the RA number on the packaging of the returned product. c. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing: a. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 10-15 business days. b. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items: a. Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety concerns, such as opened medical supplies or products with broken seals. b. Custom-made or personalized products are also non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
